Trainer of Choice (ToC) Assessor Certification

Duration

Two Days:

This allows certified (within two years of their last certification) ToC trainers/facilitators to become a ToC Certified Assessor (TCA) and their organisation to become an Internal Certification Centre (ICC).

Four Days:

This allows an experienced trainer (with at least two years of experience) without a recent certification to be assessed as a Certified ToC Trainer and also become a ToC Certified Assessor (TCA). Our Course Description

LaPD Solutions is passionate about the skills required to transfer Skills, Knowledge and Understanding (SKU), and our Trainer of Choice exudes that passion through its rigorous assessment criteria, which, when successfully attained, awards a two-year ToC Certification.

We believe that trainers should not lecture their delegates. They should use tools that engage, interest, challenge, and make them inquisitive about the learning, allowing them to reason out the new SKU to keep their brain active and engaged.

The job of a ToC assessor is not just to assess and grant a certificate when earned, but to evaluate, report and discuss with the ToC trainer all aspects of the report and video evidence.

They will then report back to our organisation, and their reports will be verified, and a Certificate issued.

Who Should Attend and Why?

Who? - These courses are for:

Why? - If you want your trainers to be regularly assessed through our LaPD Solutions assessors, we can do that, but it works out far cheaper for your organisation to have your own ToC Certified Assessor(s) (TCA) who can assess and coach your trainers at regular intervals, ensuring far less skill fade.

Our Delivery Options

When you consider the content we deliver, we are confident that you will understand why we prefer to conduct our workshops, courses, and programmes in a face-to-face environment whenever possible.

Face-to-face workshops and courses can be held at a location of your choice or, if you prefer, at a central UK location, such as the Macdonald Burlington Hotel in Birmingham, situated directly across from Birmingham New Street train station.

We can deliver our workshops, courses and programmes online, although this will mean splitting elements into manageable learning events to suit the online environment.

The three-day course is split into two parts. The first two days are together, then the third day a week (or more) later. This gives attendees time to plan, prepare and practice before delivering their final recorded sessions.

The five-day course does not require splitting, as practice time is built into the fourth day. However, if it suits organisations better, we can accommodate a split between the third and fourth days or the fourth and fifth days.

All Expenses

All our expenses are included in our daily rate, so there will be no additional charges applied (unless extra add-ons are required, such as catch-up sessions when someone misses a workshop).
