Our Leadership and Management Programmes

Our programmes can be delivered to suit the number of cohorts your organisation requires.

Each workshop lasts one day, and numerous cohorts can receive the same workshop every month.

Each workshop is followed up with a summary document detailing the key points and themes.

Our Programme Description

Our Leadership and Management programmes are tailor-made to fit your organisation and its specific needs and environment.

We thread your values into our programme to ensure they are taught through every workshop and into the minds of all attending. This helps embed them into everyday thinking and ensures everyone knows why they are critical to the success of your organisation.

We encourage all Leaders and Managers to attend this programme regardless of their hierarchical position or role. This is important as everyone from the Exec Team to the newly promoted Manager or Leader must think the same way, expect the same values and standards and know how to support their people in the best way possible.

Our workshops do NOT sugarcoat the truth. We say what we mean to ensure clarity and the recognition of why the ingredients matter. We do not pick out individuals, we do not embarrass, and many discussions are conducted in groups of three. Those groups then come together to share their thoughts and opinions and learn from each other. This ensures that all voices are heard, all ideas considered, and all challenges shared and addressed as a committed organisation.

Accountability and responsibility feature in our sessions. Our facilitator is accountable and responsible for ensuring professionalism and honesty; we expect the same from all participants. You are investing in them; in return, they will invest with commitment, effort and diligence.

Our programmes are designed to ensure a consistent approach to Management and Leadership across the whole organisation (internationally as well but taking local culture into account).

We do not deliver the last workshop and walk away. Our USP is that we support you to ensure that the key ingredients are practised in the workplace at all levels. We even help you all health check each other in a supportive manner to ensure we work together to get the same results.

We have over two hundred years of hands-on experience in Leadership and Management in many industries, including military, automotive, housing, banking, healthcare (worked with many NHS trusts across the UK), retail, manufacturing, police, grocery (supermarkets) and others.

Who Should Attend and Why?

Who? - All those who lead or manage others and those who will be in the near future (the next 12 months) unless you already have an aspiring leaders programme.

Why? - Most people interested in such a programme are reading this because they already know why it is critical. More often than not, you are trying to decide who to talk to about it.

Those with a knowledge of people, how different we all are, how political shenanigans cause havoc with open and honest conversations, how people are too afraid to speak out, and how trust is desperately sought-after but sadly not yet present know it all needs “fixing”. It’s what we do.

Organisations that realise their most important resource is their people will also know they must invest in them to ensure consistency, lived values, and behavioural excellence. Then and only then will they attain the best possible success and profit margin.

Our Delivery Options

When you consider the content we deliver, we are sure you will understand why we always prefer to deliver our workshops, courses and programmes face-to-face.

Face-to-face workshops and courses can be held at a location of your choice or, if you wish, a central UK location at the Macdonald Burlington Hotel in Birmingham, directly across from the Birmingham New Street train station.

We can deliver our workshops, courses and programmes online, although this will mean splitting elements into manageable learning events to suit the online environment.

All Expenses

ALL our expenses are included in our daily rate, so will be no other charges applied (unless additional add-ons are required, such as catch-up sessions when someone misses a workshop).
